ABOUT

I write. I focus on people and culture, generally through food, travel, or music. I am a contributing editor at The Coast in Halifax, where I regularly write about the food and restaurant scene in Halifax and Nova Scotia.

My writing has also appeared in Saveur, Rodale's Organic Life, East Coast Living, Skyscraper, Exclaim!, enRoute, Hello Giggles, and more. I have also written and produced many live and pre-produced radio shows, including a syndicated magazine-style pop culture show, Popped Culture and content for CBC Radio 3, and I have appeared as a guest commentator on Q and Assis Toi on CBC Radio One.

I love the peaks and valleys of waveforms just as much as the curves and slants of letters. So, yes, I write. But really I just love words.
